Greetings! My name is Barbara Kay. My profession is Executive Coaching. I serve individuals and organizations through individual coaching, team-building, custom workshops and speaking. My educational background is Clinical Psychology (undergraduate & graduate degrees with professional licensing) and Coaching (post-graduate training). I spent seven years in business after college and before graduate school. After graduate school, I completed additional training in coaching. I have been coaching and training since 1998.
So why am I writing a blog about Women & Money? For the last year I have been working on a book about the power of women in the marketplace. I have focused on the topic of Women & Money. It’s been an eye-opening experience. I have had the privilege of speaking to many professionals and dug into a great deal of research on the topic. My conclusion: Women are under-served and not well understood when it comes to money and money management. I hope you will join me as a write about what I have learned in the last year and what I continue to learn as I explore this topic.
